We specialize in elegant private chef catered dinners, lunches, cocktail and appetizer parties. We work with local farmers and purveyors to bring you the finest ingredients emphasizing, purity, simplicity and seasonal flavors. When possible, we use local fresh, sustainable, organic ingredients. Menus are personally constructed with each client, and every detail is thoughtfully considered. With your vision heard, and our detail-focused and experienced staff, we leave nothing to chance for your special event.

Our services are catered for 2–100 people and our focus is on the cuisine and being there with you. We love to create and plate cuisine that you won’t soon forget. Five star dining in the relaxed atmosphere of your own home, vacation rental, or estate, in Telluride or beyond.

HOW IT WORKS IS SIMPLE:

Reservations are limited. We recommend that you reserve the Chef two to six months in advance. You choose from a number of courses or from a set menu, and we prepare it in the home for you and your guest(s). We will consult with each client for any food allergies and recommend wines and favorites. After we receive the deposit for your dinner party your menu will be sent to you with your receipt and confirmation of your reservation. Then when your day has arrived we will bring a lasting experience to you, one to enjoy at your leisure. A truly fine culinary experience!

We know that traveling to Telluride can be exhausting. So we offer a few simple things to make your life easier when you arrive and for the remainder of your stay.

Stocking Up

  • We will happily consult with you prior to arrival about all your dietary needs while you’re here in Telluride.
  • Stock your refrigerator with all your desired provisions for you to make your own meals while you’re here.
  • Prepare healthy meals that are delicious and easily re-heatable for your enjoyment though out your stay.

  • Arrange for “take out” from your favorite restaurant and deliver it to your home.
  • Prepare Picnic Baskets or Bagged Lunches for your explorations of our beautiful mountains.
  • And of course, we can come to your home and cook up a gourmet meal for you and your guests to enjoy.
